Acceptance of Terms

We only work with partners who understand our baseline rules.

Our Scope of Work and SEO Realities

We optimize Google Business Profiles. We build citation consistency across 50 local and national directories. We optimize your GBP Q&A section to capture featured snippets. We target proximity signals and review velocity for Chicago-based service businesses.

We don’t guarantee specific rank positions.

Google changes its algorithm daily. Anyone promising you the absolute number one spot forever is lying. We promise rigorous, data-backed execution of local SEO fundamentals. We track map pack visibility. We report on actual call volume. We don’t control Google.

Search engines update constantly. A tactic that drives 40 exclusive calls a month today will lose effectiveness tomorrow if you stop adapting. We adapt to the noise. We find the signal. We pivot our strategies based on live Chicago market data. We rely on tested methods, not guesswork.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

Local SEO requires active partnership. You must provide accurate business information. We need your exact Name, Address, and Phone number. NAP consistency dictates your map pack survival. If you change your phone number without telling us, your rankings will tank. We can’t prevent self-inflicted damage.

You must grant us Manager access to your Google Business Profile. We can’t optimize what we can’t touch.

You are responsible for gathering customer reviews. We build the systems to ask for them. You have to deliver the service that earns them. If your HVAC technicians show up four hours late, no amount of citation building will save your review velocity. Bad real-world service destroys good local SEO.

Payment Terms and Cancellations

We bill monthly for ongoing local SEO campaigns. You pay in advance for the upcoming 30 days of work. We require a valid credit card on file. If your payment fails, we pause all optimization work until you settle the balance.

We don’t lock you into long-term contracts.

You can cancel our service at any time with a 15-day written notice. We stop billing you immediately after that notice period ends. We don’t offer refunds for work already completed. SEO requires upfront labor. We audit your site. We build city-specific service pages. We clean up toxic citations. That labor costs money. We don’t work for free.

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

We own the content on this website. Our case studies, our geo-grid targeting blueprints, our local SEO guides belong to us. We tested the methods. We wrote the copy. We published the results.

You can’t scrape our site. You can’t copy our service page structures for your own agency. We monitor the web for duplicate content. We issue DM
